Before I talk about Special Days, I'd like to thank everyone who came out to Wondercon last weekend! The show was sort of a wild card for me since I'd never done it before, but as usual I was warmed by the glow of wonderful people in the area who stopped by to say hello, and sometimes even brought gifts (you know who you are, you gluten-free pie-giver).

Anyway, on Monday I spent an extra day with friends in LA, and I just realized that it was also my 7th year anniversary of being self-employed. And Friday is my birthday! And Saturday is Hazel's birthday!

So I thought I'd share that with you. :)

Normally I throw a big original art sale for Hazel's birthday, but I am booked solid from now through the end of May and won't be able to ship anything (reliably) until then. I don't suppose you guys could remind me sometime near the middle of the year? That is, assuming you enjoy original art at reasonable prices. :)

Oh, and Seattle? I'm coming for you.
