I remember calling my now-retired friend Officer White, known as "Off White" at comic shows, up in New Jersey to ask what's standard procedure for a reported stolen car. Hence the two questions Zach's asking here.

There's a little nod to Shepherdstown in panel 1; High and Mill Streets are two of our very few streets in this tiny town. GWS World is really a mash-up of my favorite places. :)
